Since my retirement from the Navy in 2014, I had been in constant pursuit of my purpose. In 1997, at age 20, purpose landed right into my lap, as I stumbled across a youth basketball coaching opportunity. Reluctantly, I accepted the position and believe this is the greatest decision I have made to date. Moreover, I have expanded my scope from primarily youth mentorship to young adult development.
As a Mentor since 2000 and U.S. Certified Life Coach since 2020, I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress.
